Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 6th October 2023 episode starts with Aarohi telling Mahima and others that Sujeet has molested her and not once but four times. 

Sujeet’s wife stands in front of Aarohi and accuses her of using her husband to create a scene because she did not get to marry Abhimanyu. 

Meanwhile, Akshara tells her that either she does not know her husband or pretending to not know. 

Manjari asks Aarohi if she is sure or if there is any misunderstanding. 

Akshara tells Manjari that Aarohi is telling the truth that Sujeet is the lowest of low person and that they all know Aarohi will never make false accusations like this. 

She shames society’s thinking that makes the victim more scared and vile men like Sujeet bold and unafraid but today all these questions will be asked to Sujeet and not Aarohi. 

Meanwhile, Sujeet tells Akshara that her sister is trying to break her marriage because of her jealousy as girls like Aarohi look for rich and married men. 

He tells Aarohi that people will believe him who knows that he has never done like this. 

Akshara tells him that if he wants to be slapped again and if he dares to play the victim card then she will make him play. 

Sujeet asks Mahima and Manjari to stop Akshara and if they believe her or not while Mahima holds Sujeet’s him and pushes him to the door. 

Afterwards, all the Birlas and Goenkas women form a chain and stare right at Sujeet and his wife drives him out of the door while Abhimanyu tells him that Akshara and Aarohi should kill him like Goddess Durga but they are letting them go but there will be no ties between them from now on. 

Later, Aarohi begins to cry feeling weak with relief while Akshara tells her that she did the right thing by taking a stand.

Everyone hugs her while Manish tells her that he is very proud of her. 

Later, Akshara is walking when she feels dizzy and Swarna and Surekha catch her, saying that she should not be fasting. 

However, Akshara tells her that it is not due to fast but she has been feeling weak for the past two or three days. 

On hearing that, Swarna tells her to get the tests done as it may be some kind of Viral infection. 

The next day, Akshara gives her blood to be tested while Swarna and Suhasini get after her to eat because she is careless. 

In the afternoon, all the family is gathered to get the pictures done. 

After a while, Manjari leaves Akshara and Abhimanyu to get the couple photo’s clicked and instructs the photographer to take at least 100 pictures. 

Akshara and Abhimanyu feel awkward as the photographer asks them to come close and give some romantic shots. 

After a while, Abhimanyu helps Akshara by holding her hand and asks her silently if she is feeling scared.

Akshara tells him that she is scared of making mistakes but Abhimanyu tells her to not worry as they will be each other’s anchor.  

Later, Ruhi and Abheer take the mike to announce today’s performances and invite Swarna and Manish on stage who light the stage with their fantastic performance of the song “Gustakh Dil”. 

In the meantime, Abheer and Ruhi argue about pronouncing the wrong word and being threatened by Ruhi that she will not play with him anymore, Abheer tells her that he will ask God for a little sister. 

Afterwards, Kairav, Anand and Aarohi take the stage to dance to “Koi Kahe Kehta Rahe”.
