Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7th December 2022 episode starts with Abhimanyu joining Akshara under the bedsheet where she is browsing baby pictures and hugs her and tells her that they are sufficient for each other. 

The next morning Swarna comes to Manish who is forlorn thinking about Aarohi and Akshara. 

He is worried about Akshara’s emotional health when she will have to bear the burden of being happy about Aarohi when she herself is going through so much.  

At the Birla house, Aarohi is discussing the baby room with Neil and is excited about everything despite Neil’s suggestion to tone down her excitement knowing Abbhimanyu and Akshara's tragedy. 

Manjari also tells Aarohi to be sensitive about Akshara's feelings as not being able to become a mother is the worst tragedy.

However, Akshara comes there and tells them that to overshadow her tragedy as she will make the Aarohi happiness more and suggests some colours for the baby's room. 

Nevertheless, Aarohi ignores Akshara’s suggestion which makes Akshara feel bad but Abhimanyu comes there with her phone to remind her about the recording schedule and offers to drop her off. 

Neil reminds Aarohi of her checkup and insists on accompanying her but Aarohi tells him that she will manage today. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu distracts Akshara with meaningless talks on their way to the studio. 

At the studio, Akshara looks shocked to see the lyrics of the song. 

On the other hand, Aarohi gives Neil an update about her test and that the reports will be out soon. 

Abhimanyu is thinking about Akshara and is grateful that she has something to distract her. 

Later, Akshara keeps on thinking about Aarohi’s words about her pregnancy while the director asks her to focus. 

In the doctor’s room, Aarohi decides to look at the report herself and is shocked to see that she is not pregnant. 

Meanwhile, Akshara wipes her tears and starts afresh but keeps on messing up.

Elsewhere, Aarohi is shocked to see her report and worries about what she will tell at home. 

Later, Akshara breaks down while singing the mother song. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu and Manjari wait for Akshara and thinks that Akshara’s music will heal her.  

Later, Akshara comes home and looks happy to have her recording done. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi is not ready to give up the chance to leave Akshara behind and decides to keep it a secret. 

But before she can call Preeti to ask her to keep her secret, Neil comes there to ask for a report. 

Aarohi lies about a mixup and that she will get the report in the evening. 

Later, Akshara comes to Swarna and Manjari to not feel guilty about celebrating Aarohi’s happiness. 

She also tells them that she never expected her life to be easy and will somehow learn to bear this problem too. 

After a while, Harshvardhan comes home to tell everyone that there is a breakthrough journal that will reduce Akshara’s pregnancy risk to 10 per cent. 

However, Abhimanyu tears the journal and tells them that he will not take a risk of .ooooo per cent risk with Akshara’s life which Akshara overhears and gets worried.
