Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7th February 2023 episode starts with Abhimanyu checking Aarohi’s report when Manjari calls him & telling him about Ruhi’s scared condition.

Just then, Manish comes there and tells him to go while he will sit with Aarohi. 

Meanwhile, Akshara calls Manish but he did not pick up the call which worries her. 

Abhinav brings milk for her and sternly tells her to drink it but Akshara looks worried. 

Abhinav tells her to wait for a while and they will think about what to do. 

Akshara thinks of making a jam but Abhinav tells her that she will not be doing any work until she is well. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu arrives home to find Ruhi scared who says that she had a bad dream. 

Abhimanyu tries to comfort her and promises her that Aarohi will be home soon as she is under the influence of medicine. 

Abhimanyu offers a lot of food choices to Ruhi but she refuses to eat any of them.

Just then, Manjari asks him to arrange for the jam which she might eat. 

Later, Abhimanyu calls Abhinav who looks puzzled to see Abhimanyu’s call which accidentally gets picked up when he drops the phone.  

Abhimanyu tells him about Aarohi’s condition and that his daughter has not eaten anything and would be very obliged if Abhinav arranges a bottle for him. 

Abhinav looks worried as Akshara is unwell but Akshara who has heard everything signals him to agree. 

Later, Akshara feels sad thinking about Aarohi and complains about coming back to the same place again and again.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu tells Ruhi that her jam will be coming soon. 

Manjari also praises the jam which saddens Abhimanyu for keeping the truth from her. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is wondering about Aarohi and Ruhi when Abhinav suggests calling Kairav to ask about Aarohi. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu readies Ruhi for school in a fun way. 

Elsewhere Akshara calls Kairav to ask about Aarohi but Kairav rudely tells her that he does not share family problems with strangers.

He also tells her that she has no right to worry about the relations that she has left behind and not call him back. 

Akshara feels disheartened at Kairav’s hurtful words and tells Abhinav that she is feeling helpless at not being able to do anything about her sister. 

Suddenly she gets up and walks out into the courtyard and lights the wood stove while telling Abhinav that she cannot do anything for Aarohi but as Ruhi's aunt, she will send a jam for her.
