Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7th June 2022 episode starts with Abhimanyu telling Harshvardhan that he is the one who should leave the house while Harshvardhan argues with him. 

Anand gets angry and scolds Harshvardhan and Manjari for keeping the truth to themselves and not telling anyone anything. 

Abhimanyu tries to defend Manjari but Anand stops him.

After a while, Neil tells Abhimanyu that he needs answers now. 

On the other hand, Harshwardhan is in his room while Anand and Mahima come to him asking questions while he refuses to talk to them. 

Neil thanks Manjari for what she has done while blaming her for the absence of a father’s love in his life. 

Anand tells Harshvardhan that his past is ruining their present and tells him to do something to take care of his family. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu tries to convince Neil of their love for him but he tells them that all his life he felt like he owed it to them for getting their love and felt suffocated from the inside.

He also tells him that he always wanted a love of a father but couldn't even get his hatred.

Neil leaves while Abhimanyu calls after him.

In the meantime, Mahima expresses her sadness at the happenings in the house while Anand comforts her. 

Later, Manjari blames Akshara for showing the truth to Neil despite her warning. 

Akshara tries to explain to Manjari but she tells her that she shouldn’t have handed over the file to Neil knowing what was inside it.

Manjari also tells Akshara that she will never forgive her. 

Abhimanyu also gets angry at Akshara and leaves the house before she could explain herself.

At the Goenka house, Aarohi discloses Neil's truth to the family and tells them that Akshara is responsible for exposing it to the family. 

In the meantime, Abhimanyu is angry and recollects Akshara’s words and confirms from the hospital about the person who has collected the report from the house. 

Abhimanyu complains to God for having a troubled life and gets angry at Akshara for interfering in the family matter again. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is crying worrying about how to explain her innocence to Abhimanyu and Manjari. 

Just then, Abhimanyu gets a call from Parth about missing Neil.
