Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7th June 2023 episode starts with Abhinav waking up and looking for Akshara as she is not in the room.

As he leaves his room, he notices Akshara telling Kairav and Muskaan to elope and get married.

He wonders when Muskaan returned to Kasauli while Akshara tries to convince Muskaan and Kairav to get married as the family will have to accept it afterward.

However, Kairav refuses Akshara's idea and states that he does not want to force their marriage on the family and wants to have Muskaan as his wife with full pride and acceptance.

Muskaan also agrees with him telling Akshara that her brother taught her everything and that she cannot betray him.

Both Muskaan and Kairav get emotional as they decide to part ways but keep each other in their hearts as they still love each other.

Kairav picks up his bags and walks towards the door while Muskaan cries into Akshara's shoulder.

Just then, Abhinav stops Kairav and brings him back in front of Muskaan joining their hands as a form of consent.

Akshara smiles as Muskaan and Kairav look at each other in shock.

Abhinav says that he knew Muskaan would have to listen to and follow Kairav's decision and asks him if he doesn't think Muskaan would be able to live without him.

Akshara turns away smiling as she sees Abhi in front of her.

Flashback shows, Akshara asking for advice and Abhi telling her that she can entertain the idea of telling Kairav and Muskaan to elope and get married.

He says that they know Kairav values family as he will not agree which will convince Abhinav somehow.

Akshara nods as the flashback ends and she continues to smile at Abhi.

Abhinav notices it and the smile on his face falters as he goes back to celebrate Kairav and Muskaan.

Later, Neelam Amma gives blessings to the new couple and tells Kairav to take care of Muskaan while Abheer and Akshara joke that Kairav will become Fufaji from Mamu after getting married.

Just then, Manish calls Akshara and she picks up the call telling them happily that Abhinav and Neelamma have agreed.

The families celebrate and decide to get the marriage done as soon as possible as they converse on the video call. 

Swarna sees Suhasini's stiff expression while Suhasini mumbles that she is so happy that two families are again coming together for two people's future.

Akshara starts the camera to click a family selfie but she notices Abhinav missing and gets worried.

Meanwhile, in the garden, Abhinav is crying silently when Abhimanyu comes and sits next to him asking him why he's crying in a happy moment.

Abhinav says that he is crying happy tears and starts talking about his moments and childhood with Muskaan.

Abhimanyu tells him to not worry as Muskaan will have a brother in the form of him in Udaipur.

Abhinav smiles while Abhi pulls out an envelope and gives it to him as a fee for the homestay.

However, Abhinav refuses but Abhimanyu convinces him to take it as a brother helping out in the sister's marriage.

The two share a smile as Abhinav states that their fates are intertwined.

Just then, they see Akshara and stand up as Abhi tells them that he will not be a problem at the wedding.

Akshara tells him that it is okay since he can help in taking care of Abheer.

Further, all three take a flower and go to Tulsi plant to pray, however, as soon as they leave, the flower offered by Abhinav falls off as an ominous warning.
