Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 7th October 2023 episode starts with Akshara telling Abhimanyu that for the past few days, she cannot abide having dairy products as they make her feel nauseous.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu tells her that he understands that the milk in this place is somewhat heavy and he also does not like it. 

Afterwards, he gives the glass of juice to make her feel better while Ruhi and Abheer invite, Manjari, Surekha and Shefali on stage. 

Akshara gets spam mail from a fortune-teller company telling her that she will get good news but it will not be good for everyone. 

Aarohi's Imagination Run Wild

At the same time, the ward boy brings the test results for Akshara and Manish and Aarohi receives it. 

However, her face turns white after reading that Akshara is pregnant. 

Akshara sees Aarohi standing alone and tells her to come to her but Aarohi comes to her like a robot and passes the report to Akshara. 

Others also look at her curiously while Manjari asks her what is in the report. 

Seeing Akshara freeze, Abhimanyu takes the report from her and asks in shock if she is pregnant.

Everyone looks shocked to hear that except Muskaan whose smile matches the lightning bulb. 

Abhimanyu tears the report and tells Akshara that they can no longer get married. 

Abheer comes to Abhimanyu and begs him to not say any such thing while Akshara tells Abheer there is no need to beg Abhimanyu.

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu walks away from Akshara along with his family. 

Suhasini Asks Aarohi To Hide The Report

Just then, a loud clap brings Aarohi out of her reverie and she feels nervous thinking that she cannot let anything come between Akshara’s wedding. 

Abhimanyu passes Aarohi and asks her why she looks so worried and if everything is fine. 

Seeing the paper in her hand, he asks her if it is Akshara’s report and stretches the hand to see it but gets distracted by Abheer. 

Aarohi hides the report in the Shagun plates and lies to Abhimanyu that it was the bill. 

After Abhimanyu leaves, Aarohi comes back to take the report but is shocked to see the Shagun plates gone. 

Aarohi goes to search for it and is worrying that anyone can find it before Akshara.

Meanwhile, Suhasini comes to her with the report and tells her that she will not tell anyone about the report for one more day as she does not want anything to hinder the wedding. 

Aarohi tries to convince her that Abhimanyu will not have a problem with Akshara’s pregnancy.

However, Suhasini thinks that Akshara might back out feeling nervous or upset and they do not know how Manjari and Muskaan will react to the news. 

On the other hand, Muskaan and Manjari meet at the water table and Manjari tries to convince Muskaan to give up her stubbornness and accept Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship.

However, Muskaan taunts Manjari that this relationship might not turn out the way she wants. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi asks Suhasini if she is asking her to start this new relationship by lying. 

Suhasini tells her that she is not asking her to lie but to keep silent for one day as she also knows that if this marriage does not take place then Akshara will be left alone.

Aarohi agrees to keep the news to herself finding sense in Suhasini’s logic but remains uneasy.  

Aarohi Is All Nerves

Later, Aarohi hides the report in a guest room thinking that it will remain safe there for a day.

In the meantime, the extension cord gets burnt and Akshara goes to get it from the guest room so that she can see the children’s dance. 

On hearing that Akshara has gone to the guest room, Aarohi runs back to intercept Akshara before she finds her reports. 

Giving Akshara the extension cord, Aarohi snatches the report from Akshara’s hand breathlessly who is about to check it.

After a while, Akshara observes Suhasini and Aarohi exchange meaningful looks and is about to ask her when Abheer and Ruhi comes running to them.
