Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 9th February 2023 episode starts with Kairav telling Aarohi to wake up and gets emotional, thinking about the last 18 hours she has been lying unconscious. 

Just then, Aarohi begins to breathe deeply and Kairav calls the doctor. 

Meanwhile, Akshara is instructing Abheer not to trouble anyone behind her. 

Just then, Manish calls Akshara and tells her that Aarohi is conscious now. 

Akshara feels happy to hear about Aarohi’s recovery and tells Abhinav about it. 

Abhinabv tells her not to cry now and leave some tears while meeting her family. 

Meanwhile, Aarohi wakes up to find everyone standing in front of her. 

Aarohi asks for Ruhi and is relieved to hear that she was in good hands. 

Aarohi tells Abhimanyu to discharge her today as there are so many doctors at home and she will be fine. 

Later, Kairav asks Aarohi to come to Goenka's house from here but Aarohi tells Abhimanyu to take her to Birla's house. 

Meanwhile, Abhinav and Abheer are sad to see Akshara go. 

Akshara is on the call with Manish and tells him that now that Aarohi is well, then there is no need for her to come back. 

She also tells him about Muskaan and requests him to take care of her there. 

Manish once again tells Akshara that he and her family will always be waiting for her. 

Akshara tells him that if circumstances take a turn, then she will definitely come. 

Later, Abheer tells Akshara to check her fever and is surprised to see her well. 

Abhinav tells him that this is the power of blood relationship which he has heard about but will never experience. 

Abheer tells him not to say that as he is his son and blood relative. 

Abhinav looks at Akshara with nostalgia and hugs Abheer, saying that he is right. 

Later, Abheer and Abhinav go to play while Muskaan comes there and asks Akshara if her going to Udaipur will cause any problems for her. 

However, Akshara tells Muskan to focus on her life and not worry about her and tells her that soon, she will tell her everything. 

Meanwhile, Kairav comes home defeated and breaks down while looking into Akshara and Aarohi’s memory boxes. 

Kairav feels like a loser who let down both her sisters from time to time and now, they do not want to accept his help.

Suhasini watches Kairav break down and tells him that this will help him break the wall of anger that he has built around him. 

Meanwhile, Ruhi is happy with Aarohi and tells her about the jam that Abhimanyu has imported from Himachal. 

Aarohi reads Abhimanyu’s facial expression and gets suspicious and asks Ruhi what is its flavor. 

Hearing that it was Berries and Elaichi, Aarohi tells Abhimanyu that this jam is a favorite of Akshara’s which she has learned from Swarna. 

She tells Abhimanyu that she can read on his face that this jam was sent by Akshara.
