Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 9th July 2023 episode starts with Pandit Ji performing the veneration and asking everyone to seek God’s blessings. 

Abhimanyu thanks God for sending Abheer to him while Manjari prays for Abheer to adjust to the family well. 

At the same time, Abheer prays to go back to his parents as this house does not feel like his home. 

Meanwhile, Kairav tells Manish that he is going to look for Abhinav and Akshara who have been in their room for so long. 

Manish tells him that Abhinav and Akshara are heartbroken at the moment and only time will heal their wounds. 

Abhimanyu Worries For Abheer

On the other hand, Abhimanyu is worried about Abheer who has been quiet and has become aloof ever since he has come home. 

Meanwhile, Manjari tells him that Abheer has only been here for two hours and needs time to adjust to the change from six years of life to his current life. 

However, Abhimanyu is worried if he cannot adjust or connect with them ever then what will happen?

Shefali also tells Abhimanyu that it becomes difficult to sleep if even the pillow changes where Abheer’s room, bed, and surroundings all have changed and he would need a lot of time to adjust to it. 

Just then, Parth comes there asking them what if they do not have much time to give Abheer. 

Meanwhile, Anand tells Abhimanyu that Manish has appealed to the higher court against the decision of the court. 

Manjari is shocked to hear that they have taken the action so soon and is not at all concerned about Abheer’s welfare.

On hearing Manjari’s outburst, Abhimanyu tells her that she should have thought of the possibility as he would have done the same if he were in his position. 

He tells Manjari that he will also fight until there is hope and accept God’s decision after giving his full dedication. 

Elsewhere, Suhasini tells Manish and others that she has taken a vow for Abheer to come back to Abhinav and Akshara and will make 101 laddoos until God listens to her prayer. 

Muskaan tells her that they will all help her as they all want the same thing. 

On the other hand, Aarohi and Ruhi show Abheer his room while he recalls telling Abhinav his desire to have his own room. 

Seeing Abheer quiet and sad worries Aarohi and she tries to distract him understanding his pain. 

She comes to her knees telling him that although his mother is not there but her mother-like-aunt is with him and she loves him equally as his mother. 

Abheer and Akshara Hiccups

At the dinner table, Akshara forgets that Abheer is gone and goes to call him when she realises that Abheer is not with them anymore and goes silent. 

On the other hand, Abheer also sits for dinner where Abhimanyu and Manjari try to coax him into eating telling him about all his favourite dishes. 

As Abhimanyu offers him a bite, Abheer unconsciously addresses Akshara saying he does not like Brinjal. 

Abhimanyu tries to distract Abheer with something else when he starts to hiccup while Akshara also begins to hiccup at home. 

After trying several tricks to stop the hiccup, Abhimanyu tells Abheer to talk to Akshara as she must be thinking about him. 

Abheer takes the phone and sits thinking for a while and refuses to talk after a while. 

At the same time, Akshara also refuses to talk to Abheer telling Abheer that he will need time to adjust and her call will weaken him. 

Later, Abhimanyu settles Abheer for the night once again asking him to call Akshara but he turns to the other side. 

Meanwhile, Abhimanyu wonders what has Akshara and Abhinav done to Abheer that neither of them is calling him nor is Abheer agreeing to call them.

On the other hand, Abhinav and Akshara are lying on the bed feeling the emptiness that Abheer has left behind and crying for him.
