Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 9th June 2023 episode starts with Akshara telling Neelam Amma that the same thing happened in her marriage. 

Seeing Abhinav's sad face, she improvises, telling them that all the marriages in her family take place in a similar manner. 

Just then, the network comes back and Manish apologises for getting disconnected. 

Meanwhile, Akshara tells them that like furniture, the relationship also takes time and adjustment to set appropriately. 

She also tells them that Kairav and Muskaan both want to have a wedding in Kasauli so they should also agree upon it. 

However, Aarohi is disappointed as she does not want to get tangled between Abhimanyu, Abhinav, and Akshara.

After a while, Suhasini agrees to have a wedding at Kasauli and tells Manish to send e-invites to all the guests as they will have a wedding with pomp. 

Seeing Neelam Amma’s fallen face, Suhasini and Swarna assure her that they are one family who will celebrate the wedding together.

After a while, Abheer comes and tells everyone to stop talking and get to work as only a week is left for a wedding.

Surekha Spews Poison Again

On the other hand, Suhasini tells Manish that they should take the sweet box and invitation personally to all the families in Udaipur before leaving. 

Surekha taunts them saying it is they who will be bearing the cost of the wedding so why not start from Udaipur? 

Both Manish and Swarna chide her for talking nonsense at such an auspicious time while Surekha tells them to not expect her to be quiet.

Later, Akshara and Abheer decide to be a part of the Ladke Wala (Groom’s side) team while Abhinav tells her that she cannot be as they are already few in number. 

After a lot of arguments, Akshara decides to be part of both sides. 

Seeing Abhinav sad, Abhimanyu tells him to not worry as he will be on his side as Muskaan is his sister as well. 

Both teams challenge each other telling them they will be the best. 

Kairav Empathise With Aarohi

Later, Ruhi is excited about the wedding and selecting her clothes with Aarohi when Kairav calls Aarohi and tells her to not come to his wedding as she will only feel the pain coming there.

Aarohi feels relieved at the understanding and tells Kairav that she has waited so long for his wedding. 

He tells her that he does not want her unhappy and tells her to only think of herself and do what her heart tells her to. 

Aarohi gives her wishes to him and Muskaan and tells him to give her gifts to Akshara and she will take her from her. 

Birla's Refuse the Wedding Invitation

Meanwhile, Manish and Swarna come to invite Birlas to Kairav’s wedding while Mahima and Anand are not happy.

They tell them that they have not been able to get over the pain of losing their daughter. 

Manish tells him that they both had been through so much but the time has come to let go of the pain and become a part of Kairav’s happiness as their blessings are important for Kairav. 

After a while, Manjari accepts the sweets and congratulates them on Kairav’s wedding. 

She also tells them that there are still certain issues between their family that need to be resolved and that is why no one from their family will be joining them in the wedding but Aarohi and Ruhi are free to go. 

Elsewhere, Akshara and Abhinav are calculating the expenses while Akshara gets worried seeing the number. 

However, Abhinav assures him that he will manage things no matter what he has to do as it is his sister’s wedding. 

Just then, Abhimanyu overhears them and comes to tell Abhinav that he is offered a great discount at the hotel he stayed in because of his association. 

Abhinav easily believes him and thanks him for being a great help. 

However, Akshara is not fooled and tells Abhimanyu to give her the real bill after the wedding.
