Today's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai (YRKKH) 9th March 2023 episode starts with Kairav and Abhinav taking Abhimanyu to the hospital while Manjari tries to stop his blood. 

Meanwhile, Akshara looks at the blood on her hand and shivers in fear while Abhinav hands her his handkerchief.

Meanwhile, Muskaan comforts Suhasini that everything will be alright while Suhasini prays for the well-being of both families. 

In the meantime, Mahima and Dr. Rohan are treating Abhimanyu while Abhinav watches Akshara looking painfully at Abhimanyu’s condition. 

In the meantime, Manish and Swarna comfort Manjari and gives her water to drink.

Seeing Abhimanyu’s things on a tray, Manjari begins to clean them and is shocked to see Akshara’s name on Abhimanyu’s dialed list.

Manjari realizes that Abhimanyu has come to meet Akshara and accuses Akshara of Abhimanyu’s accident. 

Manish tells Manjari to not be unreasonable while Manjari shows Abhimanyu’s dialed list and tells him that if it was not for Akshara, Abhimanyu would not have come to their house. 

She tells him that Abhimanyu has been restless ever since his return from Kasauli and accuses Akshara of being the reason for his pain. 

She tells Akshara to go far away from there or will she only rest until Abhimanyu is dead. 

Abhinav defends Akshara, telling Manjari not to speak harsh words in anger which she will regret later. 

Surekha also asks Manish why Abhimanyu was calling Akshara and that too before his engagement. 

Manish chides her, saying this is not the time or place for this behaviour. 

Hearing Abhinav tells her that he understands her pain, Manjari mocks him saying that 6 years ago she lost her son in a similar way all because of Akshara.

Today once again, her son is fighting for his life and it is all because of Akshara. 

Manjari questions Akshara for not going back to Kasauli after Suhasini’s birthday and for staying back and asks her why she involved herself in Aarohi’s engagement. 

She asks her what is her relationship with him now, quoting what is the name of their relationship 'Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai'. 

Unable to bear any more of Manjari’s taunts, Akshara runs away from there, followed by Abhinav.

Abhinav keeps calling Akshara but she is lost in Abhimanyu’s thoughts and goes away in an auto. 

Later, Swarna and Surekha come to Goenka's house where Surekha complains about Akshara’s behaviour. 

Surekha tells Suhasini that Akshara should not have run after Abhimanyu, forgetting about her family, husband, and children. 

Surekha tells Suhasini that she was wrong to call Akshara back to Udaipur as Abhimanyu and Akshara’s love is strong like Shiv and Parvati and if they are brought together, then they are bound to create clashes. 

Suhasini warns Surekha to not speak another word or she will regret it. 

Just then, Suhasini sees Abhinav standing at the door.
