Today's Ghum Hai Kisi Ke Pyar Mein 2nd February 2023 episode starts with Vinayak waking up in the morning to find Patralekha staring at him and asking her why is she looking at him like this. 

After a while, Vinayak asks Patralekha to finish the story about the prince. 

Meanwhile, Patralekha tells Vinayak that the witch lost the Prince when she had him but God was kind to the Queen and the Prince and brought them back together. 

Meanwhile, Sai is asking the lawyer if there is any way through which she can get her son back because she has never signed the adoption paper as he was lost to him after the accident. 

She also briefs him about the deceit and deception Patralekha used to become a surrogate mother and has also been arrested for the same while Virat was her accomplice and had been suspended from the job for it. 

The lawyer tells Sai that in light of these events, they have a solid case and will likely get custody of Vinayak. 

Meanwhile, Bhavani is preparing something in the kitchen for Vinayak which surprises both Ashwini and Sonali and they tease her about getting down her pedestal to do the petty work for her grandson. 

Bhavani enjoys their teasing and tells them to not just stand and help her too. 

Just then, Patralekha comes there asking Bhavani if she can help her.

Bhavani’s expression grows fierce seeing Patralekha and she tells her that she has sinned by daring to take Vinayak away from them and has lost their love and respect. 

She also warns her that if she ever dares to repeat the same sin, then she will regret seeing her worst side. 

Bhavani also tells her to get out of her sight before she loses her patience and slaps her.

Virat is getting ready when he sees Sai’s message but it is for the school group confirming Savi’s participation in the tree-planting event. 

Just then, Patralekha comes to her room where Virat tells her to send confirmation to Vinayak’s group. 

However, Patralekha tells him that she will not send Vinayak to school or anywhere until she is assured that Sai will not take Vinayak from her, or else she will not let anyone come near Vinayak. 

Virat tells Patralekha to at least let Sai meet Vinayak as she is also her mother. 

However, Patralekha tells him that if he feels sympathy toward her ex-wife, then he should not have saved her last night. 

Meanwhile, Sai comes to pick Savi up and is disappointed to see Vinayak absent. 

On the other hand, Virat tries to reason with Pakhi but she tells him that Sai will have to promise her that she will not take away Vinayak from her and that only then she will send Vinayak to school or anywhere else.

At the breakfast table, all the family members are looking lovingly at Vinayak while Bhavani tells him to eat as she has prepared the food for him especially. 

Vinayak expresses his astonishment to hear that Bhavani can cook and praises her cooking. 

He also asks Bhavani if he can invite Savi too as she would love the food as well.

Bhavani agrees to it happily and tells him to not go away from them. 

Just then, Sai sends a legal notice for getting Vinayak’s custody which shocks Patralekha.
